I bought these so that I can workout during the lockdowns (gyms are closed) and so far they've met all of my needs. I love that the package came with different levels of bands as well as with a small list of exercises that you can do with them. I also like that they don't slip - much better than the ones I bought at the store and had to return!

These bands are great for resistance and range of motion workouts. I love the different levels of resistance for the different body parts and they are awesome for throwing in my bag and taking along.

I tried a few cheaper bands and the quality difference is stark. These have a uniform stretch while the cheap stuff stretches a bit and hits a limit that makes the exercises not as effective (lower range of motion is possible).

I bought these on a whim. Can't wait around for gyms to open to do some weight bearing exercise. I was amazed how much of a workout you can get from these bands. So many exercises can be done with these bands. They range from extra light to extra heavy. These would be great for anyone regardless of your fitness level. Best invention ever!

With these bands we can actually work on the entire body to build muscles I suggest these bands. Main thing we should know how to utilize them is important. There are plenty of resource online In YouTube please find those videos it will be very useful to utilise these bands. Value for money every penny worth in investing in these bands. Range of motion stretching is outstanding I will definitely recommend this for people who want to work at home
