Return Policy

At LaamLooks, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. That’s why we offer a simple and transparent return policy for our UAE customers.


Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or not as described

  • You contact us within 3 days of receiving your order

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags intact

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for:

  • Size issues due to customer misselection (please refer to our size chart before ordering)

  • Clearance or discounted items

  • Items returned after the 3-day window

  • Accessories, beauty items, or hygiene-sensitive products (unless damaged)


📦 How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at laamlooks@gmail.com 

  2. Share your Order Number, reason for return, and photo evidence (if applicable)

  3. Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours

Once approved, we will guide you on how to ship the item back.


💰 Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued after inspection of the returned item

  • Refunds are made to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit

Shipping and return courier fees are non-refundable unless the item was incorrect or damaged.


🔁 Exchanges

Want a different color or size? Let us know within 3 days of receiving your order. If eligible and stock is available, we’ll arrange an exchange. Additional shipping fees may apply.

  • Always check your order upon delivery and notify us immediately if there’s an issue

  • LaamLooks reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy criteria

  • Custom or limited-time items may not be eligible for return
